Reservations

– On our website you can indicate a preference for accommodation(s).
– After receipt of your booking request we will contact you within 24 hours.
– In case the requested accommodation(s) is/are available you will receive a confirmation and your booking is final.
– In case the requested accommodation(s) is/are not available we will offer you an alternative if available. If you agree with our offer you will receive a confirmation and your booking is final.
– By making a reservation (request), you agree to the terms of payment and cancellation policy.

Conditions

– Minimum stay of 3 nights

– A deposit of 50% of the total amount (60% for group accommodation) and 100% for 1 2 or 3 nights stay is requested and to be paid within 7 days after reservation.
– The final payment must be payed at least 6 weeks before arrival.
– When a booking is made within 6 weeks before arrival, a 100% deposit is requested.
– Availability of the accommodation(s) is guaranteed after timely receipt of your payment(s).
– Payments are made via bank transfer, payment by credit card is not possible.
– Adults only: Dos Iberos welcomes guests aged 18 years and over (not applicable when you book all rooms)
– Check in between 2:00-4:00 PM (later times till 10:00 PM in consultation).
– Check out is until 10:30 AM. Want to check out before 9:00 AM/breakfast? In consultation, we provide coffee/tea & cake and yogurt & cereals
– Greenfees and tickets which are reserved before arrival must be payed immediately.
– Consume brought drinks and food is not permitted (except for room only).
– Damage to any movable or immovable property of our accommodations or anything that has been made available to you will be charged on spot separately and you can use this invoice for your travel insurance.

Cancellations

In case of cancellation, the cancellation costs are:
– 50% of the total accommodation costs if canceled up to 6 weeks before arrival (8 weeks for group accommodation)
– 100% of the total accommodation costs if canceled from 6 weeks before arrival (8 weeks for group accommodation)
– Reimbursement of greenfees and tickets purchased for you will be based on the cancellation conditions of the party concerned.

We recommend to take out a good travel and cancellation insurance.

Your personal information will be transmitted via a secure connection and stored as stated in our privacy policy.

COVID-19 guarantee
– In case of cancellation from 4 weeks before arrival due to official government restrictions like closed borders and negative travel advice, you will receive a voucher with a value equal to the payment (s) received.
– You can use this voucher for a one-off new reservation up to one year after the cancelled date of departure.
– A voucher can only be used for overnight stays and packages, not for other expenses during the stay.
– You can also rebook directly to a later date up to one year after the cancelled date of departure.
– The travel sum of the new reservation or rebooking is equal to or higher than the travel sum of the canceled stay and based on current prices & availability.
– Reservations resulting from the COVID-19 guarantee (rebooking or payment by voucher) automatically have a non-refundable rate.
– No refunds will be given in case of cancellation or expired vouchers.
– Cancelled or changed flights, fear, doctors advice, illness, vaccination, quarantine, testing obligation, dismissal or own decision not to travel are excluded from this guarantee.
